is the standard workout schedule for Orinda Aquatics. There
maybe changes due to pool conflicts, meets, and taper
schedules. Those changes should be reflected in the calendar
below.
SHORT
COURSE - Sept-June (with some changes during HS
season)
Junior Group:
M-Th PM: 6:00-7:30, Fr: 5:30--7:00,
Sat: 8:15-10:00
Senior Group: Morning: T/Th/Fri AM:
5:45-7:20, Sat: 7:30-10:00 if no meet;
Afternoon: Sr. 3/4: M-Th. 3:00-5:15,
Dry Land M/T/Th at 2:40; Sr. 1/2: M-Th. 4:00-6:00. Senior
1/2/3 dryland is T/Th and is built into the
workout times.
