Location: Soda Aquatic Center @ Campolindo High School

Get a head start on your upcoming high school swimming season! Orinda Aquatics offers specialized pre-season conditioning programs designed specifically for current high school athletes who want to build their endurance and refine their skills before their official season begins. Our training focuses on stroke technique, efficiency, and overall conditioning.

Note: During registration, you will be asked to choose between the Full-Time group or the 2-Day group

Who Can Participate?

This program is exclusively for current high school athletes (9th–12th grade) who intend to participate with their high school team during the upcoming season.

Eligibility & Compliance Guarantee
We are in full compliance with the OMPA and County Meet Eligibility Rules. Participating in this pre-season program will not jeopardize your summer "rec" eligibility. Please note: Pre-season participants cannot compete in any USA Swimming meets.

Winter Session Options & Pricing

Our Winter Pre-Season Conditioning begins Monday, December 1st (right after Thanksgiving break) and runs through Thursday, February 5th, leading directly into the official start of the high school swim season. We offer two flexible options:

  • Full-Time Program ($575 per swimmer)
    Maximize your pre-season training by swimming up to five days a week (Monday through Friday). Ideal for athletes looking to get in peak physical shape for their high school season.

  • 2-Day Program ($450 per swimmer) Perfect for student-athletes with limited time who still want high-quality conditioning. You can attend any two workout days during the week that best fit your personal schedule.

Workout Schedule

Practices are held Monday through Friday at the Soda Aquatic Center.

Standard Weekly Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:15 PM – 5:45 PM

  • Fridays: 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM

Holiday & Exception Dates:

  • December 1: Workouts officially begin

  • Week of December 22 (Christmas Break): No workouts

  • December 29 & 30 (New Year's Week): Adjusted hours of 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday & Tuesday only)

  • Tuesday, January 6: Regular weekly schedule resumes

  • Monday, January 19 (MLK Day): No workouts

  • Thursday, February 5: Final workout of the season

Program Policies

To ensure a smooth experience for all families, please review our registration and refund policies:

  • All athletes must register online prior to their first participation.

  • We do not offer pro-rated fees for late registration.

  • Cancellations or drops are subject to a $50 administration and processing fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after December 20th.
